REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges.

All garments are made to order, handcrafted individually for each client. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Alterations

We are happy to assist with alterations.
For both domestic and international customers, return shipping for alterations must be borne by the customer, as we request at least one trial to ensure the garment is fitted perfectly.

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

We strive to deliver the highest-quality handcrafted garments.

However, as per our brand policy:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
No exceptions apply.

SALE POLICY

Certain products may be offered at promotional or discounted prices.

• Sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Advance payments for sale items are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Alterations or resizing are not offered on sale items.

 

SHIPPING RETURNS (FOR ALTERATIONS ONLY)

If you need to return an item for alteration:

• Customers must bear the shipping cost for returning items.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
